Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within Sri Lanka. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@oranda.lk.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Colombo & Suburbs: 2-4 business days
- Other Areas: 4-7 business days
- Cost: Rs. 350 (Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000)
Express Shipping

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over Rs. 20,000.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number to monitor its progress.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@oranda.lk.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to unavailability or inability to access the delivery location, the courier will make up to 2 attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or upon receipt. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.
- Someone must be available to sign for and receive the package.
- Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once shipped.
